When will my order ship?
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
How long is the shipping time?

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, or severe weather may cause delays in shipping. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, the exact shipping timeframe is ultimately dependent on the carrier and beyond our control.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, email us with the subject line: "CANCEL." If the item has already been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the correct information. Address corrections can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in packaging your items securely. However, in rare cases (about 1 in 1,000), products may be damaged during transit. If this occurs, please email us with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear picture of the damaged product
Once we receive this information, we’ll promptly send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
